We are a new small business founded by a seasoned Regional Business Office Consultant specializing in training up and coming Business Office Managers for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Recognizing the urgent need for a basic training course, our founder aimed to provide the essential information required for success in a nursing facility. Over the years, she observed many individuals struggle and leave due to a lack of knowledge and training, which made the job overwhelming and led to high turnover rates. The shortage of well-trained professionals in the industry makes it challenging to fill these positions, causing undue stress for the residents and their families. Therefore, we have created our BOM 101 Training course.​
