About Us

We are a newly established, purpose‑driven business founded by an experienced Regional Business Office Consultant with extensive expertise in training aspiring Business Office Managers for long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. Our organization was created in response to a clear and pressing need for accessible, foundational training that prepares individuals for success in the nursing facility environment.
Throughout her career, our founder observed many talented individuals struggle—not due to lack of potential, but due to insufficient education and support. This gap has contributed to job burnout, high turnover, and ongoing challenges in filling critical Business Office roles. These shortages ultimately place additional strain on residents, their families, and facility operations.
Our mission is to address this industry-wide need by equipping future Business Office Managers with the essential knowledge, confidence, and practical skills required to thrive in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the quality of care within their communities.

To meet this industry-wide need, we created the BOM 101 Training Course—a comprehensive, 12‑module, self‑paced program designed specifically for individuals preparing to become Business Office Managers in long‑term care and skilled nursing facilities. We recognize the complexity and responsibility that come with stepping into this leadership role, and our structured curriculum provides the knowledge, guidance, and practical foundation needed to succeed with confidence.

Passionate about mentorship, she is dedicated to equipping individuals stepping into new roles with the knowledge and confidence needed for success from day one.

As the face of BOM Elite, she plays a key role in fostering connections between potential employers and students, actively engaging in job fairs and networking events to showcase her expertise and dedication to the LTC community.
